FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer free estimates?+

Yes. Call (510) 881-3391 or use the form to prepare an email request. You must send that email from your email app; completing the form alone does not deliver it.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes, All American Pest Control Inc. is licensed and insured in California (License #PR 9815).

Do you service homes, businesses or both?+

Both. We provide residential, commercial and multi-family pest control — including restaurants, offices, retail, warehouses, apartments and HOAs.

What areas do you serve?+

We serve all of Alameda County, all of Contra Costa County and San Mateo County, California.

Do I have to sign up for ongoing service?+

No. We offer flexible plans — one-time treatments or ongoing routine maintenance programs.

What pests do you treat?+

Ants, spiders, roaches, rodents, bed bugs, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, wasps & bees, flies, earwigs and silverfish.

Do you handle rodent exclusion?+

Yes. Rodent control & exclusion includes finding and sealing the entry points rats and mice use to get inside.

Can you build a plan for my property management company or HOA?+

Yes. We offer customized plans for businesses and property management.

What should I include in an estimate request?+

Include your city, property type, the pest or signs you are seeing, the affected areas and how long activity has been present. Tell us if you are unsure which pest it is.

How should I prepare for treatment?+

Preparation depends on the pest and proposed treatment. Ask for instructions before your visit, including access, food storage, belongings and any arrangements for residents or staff. Do not assume every treatment requires the same preparation.

What about children, pets and treatment re-entry?+

Tell us about children, pets, aquariums and relevant sensitivities before treatment. Ask for the product-specific precautions and re-entry instructions and follow them. No treatment should be assumed harmless to everyone or every animal.

Will one visit solve my pest problem?+

The number of visits depends on the pest, extent of activity and property conditions. Discuss the recommended scope and possible follow-up before agreeing to service; a one-time treatment is not a guarantee of permanent elimination.

Do you serve San Francisco or Santa Clara County?+

Our confirmed service area is limited to Alameda County, Contra Costa County and San Mateo County. We do not advertise service outside those three counties.

What if I see pests between scheduled visits?+

Contact us with the location and signs of activity. Check your agreed service terms to confirm whether a follow-up visit is included; do not assume additional visits are free.
